Partner in HamburgDr. Kai Busch ist schwerpunktmäßig im schifffahrtsbezogenen Transportrecht (P&I Sachen, Charterverträge, Bereederungs- und Crewingverträge), im Versicherungsrecht, sowie im Off-Shore Bereich beratend und als Parteivertreter in Verfahren vor Zivil- und Schiedsgerichten tätig. Er wird regelmäßig als Schiedsrichter in Verfahren nach den Regeln der GMAA, der DIS sowie der ZPO bestellt. Zu seinem Tätigkeitsfeld gehören auch andere Bereiche des ineinander verzahnten maritimen Wirtschaftsrechts wie etwa Prospekthaftung (Schiffsfonds), Havarien, Schiffbauverträge sowie multimodale Transporte und Logistik.
